Module 1: Quieting the Mind - Personhood Series- Evening Practice Session

This course is designed to help one learn how to quiet the mind and become more aware of and intimate with what gets in the way of allowing it to become quieter. The first full-day workshop is complimented by two evening practice periods, which are included in the full registration cost.

What to expect

This evening practice session will consist of relational exercises designed to help participants explore new ways to interact with others without the entangling habits of the conditioned mind and heart. The entire offering is appropriate for anyone wishing to deepen their practice of self-study utilizing the Hakomi method.

Please note: This module consists of a full-day workshop and 2 evening practice periods to help students deepen their understanding of the content. Registration for the module includes the full day and two evening practice periods. Full registration is required, even if you cannot attend all three offerings. Recordings will be provided to anyone who has registered.
